Welcome to the Portsmouth Service League Provisional Patch Project!
The 2025–2026 Portsmouth Service League Provisionals are excited to partner with community members and local Scouts to help combat senior loneliness.
This year, we’re supporting the wonderful residents of Emily Green Shores, a historic Portsmouth senior home founded over 100 years ago by five women from Court Street Baptist Church and supported by the Portsmouth Baptist Association. Today, about 27 residents call Emily Green home.
Our Provisional Team is working with Emily Green to bring companionship, care, and smiles to their residents. After collecting items from our Amazon Wish List, we’ll assemble hygiene and care bags and spend an afternoon playing bingo and visiting with residents.
To commemorate our project, we’re offering a beautifully designed patch to those that participate!
Thank you to everyone who participated in our event!
We have met our goal and are currently out of patches.
